Irish - The country of leprechauns

Do you remember the Quidditch World Cup in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, when the Irish will enter the selection, and a drawing is made in heaven, an Irish little man? They sound Leprechauns, also known as tumors or Irish Gnomes.
They are nothing more than the shoemakers of the fairies or other magical creature of the forest, though it is, that the Irish culture, keep the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. There's even a story, where you see the Leprechaun before he see you, little will take you to your treasure!
