Stew
-Irish Stew: a common dish, vegetables, meat, poultry or seafood, cooked in a broth. The difference between soup and stew is very tenuous. The stew is less liquid to the soup and serves as a main dish and not as input.
Breakfast
-Irish breakfast: Irish coffee in the morning is bulky and heavy, pork sausage, sliced bacon, eggs, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, white pudding, tea or coffee, toast or soda bread.
Whiskey
-Irish Whiskey: The difference starts in the writing, the word whiskey with an "e" is written in Scotland "whiskey." The name comes from an Irish word meaning "water of life". We have several types of whiskey's in Ireland:
* Single Malt, prepared with 100% barley malt
* Pure Pot Still, a mixture of barley malt prepared with or without
* Blended Whiskey, prepared mixture of malted barley and other cereals such as corn or wheat
Colcannon
-Colcannon is a tasty dish made with potatoes and a type of wild garlic, cabbage or sprouts leaves
